About the Role We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations & Events Coordinator to support our founders, office operations, and growing events program from our NYC headquarters. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience across operations, events, executive support, office management and employee experience while working directly with company leadership. You'll play an important role in helping the business run smoothly behind the scenes while supporting the experiences that bring together employees, customers, founders, investors, and partners. No two days will look exactly the same. One day you may be coordinating travel for leadership, and the next you may be helping execute an executive dinner or company event.
