Requirements

High School Diploma /GED required
Minimum of 3-5 years of event management experience in the hospitality industry
Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
Ability to multitask; managing multiple projects and work assignments
Ability to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of events
Tact in working with professional peers from other departments and all subordinates

Nice To Haves

an Associate's degree in hospitality management, communications or other related field is preferred

Responsibilities

Manage all event reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and a seamless client experience
Oversee the appearance and functionality of conference spaces, maintaining high standards of quality and readiness
Clearly communicate available services, policies, and associated fees to clients
Coordinate and execute all services for scheduled meetings and events
Participate in planning meetings to review event details, address team questions, and align on logistics
Support additional operational needs and responsibilities as assigned
