Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in event production, preferably within media, automotive, experiential marketing, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and logistics for events of varying scale
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

  • Interest in automotive media and enthusiast culture is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end execution of tentpole events, brand activations, partner programs, and industry gatherings
  • Assist with venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and production logistics to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Manage timelines, project trackers, budgets, and run-of-show documents across multiple concurrent projects
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, shipping, and credentialing for staff, partners, and guests
  • Provide on-site event support, including registration, guest experience, and sponsor management
  • Track budgets, process invoices, and manage expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, editorial, creative, strategy, social, and PR teams to bring events to life
  • Contribute to RFP responses and proactive pitches, supporting the development of event-based marketing opportunities
