We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Coordinator to lead and expand our event marketing efforts in the Charlotte, NC market and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about driving results through event-based marketing.

Availability to work weekends and events

Responsibilities

Research, identify, and secure local events, trade shows, and community engagements
Negotiate contracts with vendors and event organizers
Develop and maintain a strategic annual event calendar
Recruit, hire, train, and coach Event Demonstrators
Schedule and manage event staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance
Coordinate booth setup, breakdown, and on-site execution
Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultation appointments
Collect and manage lead information and contest entries
Follow up with prospects to drive appointment conversions
Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics and ROI
