As an Events and Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, while also driving sales and fostering strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event planning, sales, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and executing events from planning through to completion.
  • Support the sales team by preparing sales materials and managing client communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and event details.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Help manage event logistics including setup, registration, and on-site support.
