We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning and execution of various events, as well as assisting with sales activities that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event coordination or sales support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and event management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, including conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Support the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales materials, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, transportation, and equipment setup.
  • Maintain accurate records of event and sales activities, including budgets, vendor contracts, and attendee lists.
  • Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and potential event partnerships.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on event outcomes and sales performance metrics.
