Requirements

  • Proven experience in event coordination and sales support or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure event materials and services.
  • Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and manage communication with clients.
  • Aid in managing event budgets and tracking expenses to stay within financial guidelines.
  • Provide on-site assistance during events to handle logistics and resolve any issues promptly.
