About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Events & Retail Supervisor to lead a high-energy marketing team. As the face of our lead generation efforts, your team connects with homeowners at retail locations, trade shows, and community events. In this role, you’ll lead from the front; driving results, coaching in real time, and building a team that consistently exceeds goals.

Requirements

• 40 hours/week, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with local travel
• 2-5 years in sales, marketing, or customer service
• 1-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors
• Drive lead generation performance and hold team accountable to goals
• Provide real-time coaching and conduct 1:1s and team meetings
• Analyze performance data to improve results
• Support hiring, training, and team development
• Ensure compliance with company standards and processes
• Travel locally to support events and team needs
