About The Position

As Events & Activations for France, you will own the planning and execution of some of HOLY’s most important offline brand experiences in one of our key international markets. From Japan Expo and Hellfest to major consumer events, partnerships, and promotional projects, you will turn creative concepts into memorable experiences that bring more people into the HOLY Squad. You will work closely with Brand, Creative, Sales, Retail, Logistics, agencies, suppliers, and event partners to deliver projects that are on time, on budget, and unmistakably HOLY. This is a role for someone who can independently manage projects while continuing to grow their strategic, commercial, and cross-functional impact.

Requirements

  • Relevant activation experience: Brings experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, event marketing, field marketing, sponsorships, or a similar environment.
  • You have managed projects that required strong coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong project manager: Can manage several workstreams, deadlines, suppliers, and stakeholders at once.
  • Creates structure, follows up proactively, and keeps projects moving even when plans change.
  • Commercially minded: Understands that great activations need to create both emotion and business value.
  • Comfortable working with budgets, KPIs, performance reviews, and ROI considerations.
  • French market expertise: Understands French culture, consumers, media, events, and lifestyle trends.
  • Knows how to identify opportunities that can make HOLY relevant and memorable in France.
  • Excellent communicator: Communicates fluently in French and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Confident working with agencies, suppliers, event organizers, and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on and solutions-oriented: Comfortable moving between strategy and execution, from developing a concept to checking production details on-site.
  • Takes ownership, stays calm under pressure, and finds a way forward when unexpected challenges arise.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Brand Activation: Own multiple brand activation projects from initial briefing and concept development through production, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation.
  • Deliver high-quality experiences across major events, festivals, partnerships, and promotional activities in France.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management: Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, event organizers, promoters, and other partners.
  • Create clear briefs, timelines, responsibilities, and communication routines to ensure that every project stays aligned and moving forward.
  • Budget & Commercial Performance: Build and manage activation budgets, monitor spending, coordinate approvals, and ensure responsible use of resources.
  • Define relevant KPIs and evaluate the impact and potential ROI of each project to improve future investment decisions.
  • French Market Activation Strategy: Contribute to the development of HOLY’s French Brand Activation roadmap by identifying relevant events, cultural moments, partnerships, and new opportunities to reach and engage the HOLY Squad offline.
  • Process & Performance Improvement: Establish a strong learning loop across the Brand Activation team by collecting feedback, analyzing project performance, and turning insights into practical improvements.
  • Help develop scalable playbooks, tools, and processes for future activations.
