About The Position

The Ushers provide comprehensive guest services support for Athletic Department, University and External Events held on the Notre Dame campus with a focus on safety, operational effectiveness, and hospitality. The Usher Program seeks to set the industry standard for guest services. Must understand and adhere to established University of Notre Dame’s policies and procedures and have a neat and professional appearance.

Requirements

• Must possess a pleasant disposition and strive for excellent customer service.
• Great interpersonal skills are critical.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, reach, and bend.
• May be required to be outdoors during inclement weather.
• Must be able to read and decipher small print on tickets.
• Must be able to think on their feet.
