About The Position

The Ushers provide comprehensive guest services support for Athletic Department, University and External Events held on the Notre Dame campus with a focus on safety, operational effectiveness, and hospitality. The Usher Program seeks to set the industry standard for guest services. Must understand and adhere to established University of Notre Dame’s policies and procedures and have a neat and professional appearance.

Requirements

• Pleasant disposition and strive for excellent customer service.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, reach, and bend.
• Ability to be outdoors during inclement weather.
• Ability to read and decipher small print on tickets.
• Ability to think on their feet.
