About The Position

Harvest Advertising Inc. is seeking reliable and energetic Event Staff members to assist with event preparation, attendee engagement, and on-site activities. Event Staff help events operate smoothly while providing visitors with a welcoming atmosphere and professional support. The role includes preparing event spaces and materials, assisting attendees, maintaining organized event areas, coordinating with team members, and supporting event setup and breakdown.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing event spaces, displays, equipment, and promotional materials.
Welcome attendees and provide general information about event activities.
Help direct visitors and support registration or check-in procedures when needed.
Distribute approved promotional materials and explain relevant company offerings.
Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas.
Coordinate with event coordinators and team members to complete assigned tasks.
Monitor event supplies and communicate shortages or logistical concerns.
Assist with setup, breakdown, and storage of event materials.
Respond to routine attendee questions and refer complex requests to the appropriate person.
Follow event instructions and applicable safety procedures throughout each assignment.
