About The Position

Fishers Event Center is hiring Event Staff to welcome fans, support event operations, and help create safe, positive experiences. This role is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people and working in a fast-paced event environment.

Event Staff provide customer service, assist with screening for prohibited items, and support ticket taking, ushering, and guest services. They remain aware of their surroundings and emergency procedures, maintain a professional appearance and behavior, and promote safety and positive fan experiences.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs., climb stairs, and walk as needed.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to stay calm and helpful during busy events.
• Reliability and a team-oriented approach.
