About The Position

Event Staff help create safe, positive experiences at The Arena at Innovation Mile by welcoming fans, supporting event operations, and providing customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role includes ticket taking, ushering, guest services, and assisting with screening for prohibited items. Staff must remain aware of their surroundings and emergency procedures and maintain professional appearance and behavior.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs., climb stairs, and walk as needed.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with people.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments and remain calm and helpful during busy events.
• Reliability and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
