About The Position

We are seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff members to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous event, promotional, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events.
• Help set up and organize event areas, displays, and materials.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers.
• Answer customer questions and identify their needs.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Distribute promotional materials and information.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional event environment.
• Assist with event breakdown and organization after activities.
• Work closely with team members to ensure successful events.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
