About The Position

Moodreact is a full-service maintenance company supporting homes and businesses with expert electricians, appliance repair technicians, plumbers, and skilled general labor teams.We handle the tough jobs, the technical work, and the details others overlook—always with professionalism, safety, and efficiency in mind. We are seeking energetic and personable Event Staff to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and in-person marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working as part of a team, and gaining hands-on experience in events, promotions, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in events, promotions, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Help prepare event materials, displays, and supplies.
• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers throughout events.
• Communicate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Maintain a professional and organized event environment.
• Assist team members with promotional activities and event responsibilities.
• Help ensure events operate smoothly and efficiently.
