About The Position

Event Staff welcome fans, support event operations, and help create safe, positive experiences in a fast-paced environment. The role includes providing customer service, assisting with prohibited-item screening, and supporting ticket taking, ushering, and guest services. Staff are expected to remain aware of their surroundings and emergency procedures, maintain a professional appearance and behavior, and promote safety and positive fan experiences.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs., climb stairs, and walk as needed.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Ability to stay calm and helpful during busy events.
• Reliability and a team-oriented approach.
• Enjoy interacting with people.

Responsibilities
