Requirements

Assertive and ready to lead in parking and safety (Parking Attendant).
Friendly attitude (Parking Attendant).
Willing and ready to stand on your feet and in the cold for the duration of the event (Parking Attendant).
Age Requirement: 14+ (Parking Attendant, Elves in the Woods).
Cheerful, welcoming, and kind (Greeter).
Able to multitask, meaning communicate with people while checking in / selling tickets (Greeter).
Age Requirement: 18+ (Greeter, VIP Host / Hostess, Beverage / Food Runner, Hot Cocoa Maker, Pizza Assistant, Cashier).
Able to speak English (Greeter, Bartender, VIP Host / Hostess, Beverage / Food Runner, Hot Cocoa Maker, Floater, Elves in the Woods, Pizza Assistant, Cashier).
Able to work well under high stress (Bartender, Pizza Assistant, Cashier).
Friendly to all customers (Bartender).
Bar experience is preferred (Bartender).
Age Requirements: 21+ (Bartender, Drink Runner).
Requires walking (VIP Host / Hostess, Beverage / Food Runner, Pizza Assistant).
Lots of walking (Beverage / Food Runner).
Age Requirement: 16+ (Floater).
Must dress warm for this position (Elves in the Woods).
Must dress up like an elf (Elves in the Woods).
Works well under pressure (Pizza Assistant, Cashier).
Communicates effectively (Pizza Assistant).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (Pizza Assistant).
Kind, approachable (Cashier).
Able to problem solve quickly (Cashier).

Responsibilities

Lead in parking and safety as a Parking Attendant.
Greet every guest enthusiastically as a Greeter.
Communicate with people while checking in / selling tickets as a Greeter.
Work Square as a Greeter, Bartender, or Cashier.
Create and serve drinks quickly as a Bartender.
Follow rules such as checking for IDs and keeping the bar area stocked and clean as a Bartender.
Verify that each guest in the VIP fire pit area has a wristband as a VIP Host / Hostess.
Walk guests to their tables and ensure they are having a great time as a VIP Host / Hostess.
Deliver and serve drinks and food to tables when needed as a VIP Host / Hostess.
Run drinks / food back and forth from The Garden Bar to the VIP fire pits and The Garden Grill to the VIP fire pits as a Beverage / Food Runner.
Prepare and refill hot cocoa at hot cocoa stations as a Hot Cocoa Maker.
Sell hot cocoa and other food items at dedicated stations as a Hot Cocoa Maker.
Help wherever needed throughout the night as a Floater, including refilling food items, taking out trash, checking cleanliness, changing tablecloths, and maintaining the maze and snowball area.
Engage with guests on the Elf Quest Experience via throwing "snowballs" and theatrically acting as elves as an Elf in the Woods.
Assist with customer interactions by handing guests their pizzas as a Pizza Assistant.
Deliver orders to the VIP fire pits as a Pizza Assistant.
Handle all transactions between the customer and The Garden Grille as a Cashier.
Prepare The Southern Lights for each night by cleaning food and beverage equipment from the previous evening.
Reset each department for the night ahead as part of the Cleaning Crew.
