Requirements

Must be willing and ready to stand on your feet and in the cold for the duration of the event.
Age Requirement: 14+
Must be able to work Square.
Must be able to speak English.
Bar experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Parking attendants are the first person guests see when they arrive at The Southern Lights, so a friendly attitude is required.
Greet every guest enthusiastically.
Multitask, meaning communicate with people while checking in / selling tickets.
Work Square.
Work well under high stress.
Be friendly to all customers while being able to quickly create and serve drinks.
Work Square and must be diligent in following rules, such as checking for IDs and keeping the bar area stocked and clean.
Verify that each guest in the VIP fire pit area has a wristband.
Walk guests to their tables and make sure that throughout the evening, they are having a great time.
Help deliver and serve drinks and food to their tables.
Run drinks / food back and forth from The Garden Bar to the VIP fire pits and The Garden Grill to the VIP fire pits.
Prepare and refill hot cocoa at our various hot cocoa stations and/or working at dedicated station(s) where you’ll sell hot cocoa and other food items to our guests.
Help wherever they are needed throughout the night, including but not limited to refilling food items, taking out trash, checking the cleanliness of the tent, changing tablecloths, and making sure the maze and snowball area stay clean and inviting.
Engage with guests on the Elf Quest Experience via throwing "snowballs" and theatrically acting as elves.
Help wherever needed and assisting with customer interactions by handing guests their pizzas.
Deliver orders to the VIP fire pits.
Handle all transactions between the customer and The Garden Grille.
Prepare The Southern Lights for each night by cleaning food and beverage equipment from the previous evening and resetting each department for the night ahead.
