About The Position

Art of Drawers is seeking energetic individuals to generate leads at various events, festivals, home shows, and retail locations. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, confident, and enjoys interacting with people. The primary mission is to engage event attendees, spark curiosity about the brand, and convert them into potential clients by booking design consultations.

Requirements

  • Weekend Availability (both Saturday & Sunday)
  • Reliable form of transportation
  • Proficient using a smart phone & computer
  • Ability to move up to 50lbs
  • Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
  • Outgoing, confident, and a natural people-person
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional at events

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing or sales intern/student (any major welcome)
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or events is a plus
  • Customer service, sales, or marketing experience would be preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engage event attendees and invite them to the booth
  • Deliver a compelling, friendly brand pitch
  • Qualify leads and understand their design needs
  • Book appointments for design consultations on the spot
  • Capture contact info and follow up leads
  • Represent the brand with energy and professionalism
  • Execute setup & breakdown of events
  • Generate leads at events, festivals, home shows, and retail locations
