This includes welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and communicating clearly and professionally. Developing positive working relationships and supporting team goals are essential, as is ensuring quality standards are met. The role also involves reading various formats of information, inspecting equipment, and performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects. Reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors must also be performed.
