About The Position
Harvest Advertising Inc. is seeking an organized and energetic Event Specialist to support promotional events and help create engaging experiences for customers and attendees. The Event Specialist will assist with event preparation, setup, customer interaction, on-site activities, and post-event organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and managing hands-on event responsibilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Energetic, positive, and dependable attitude
- Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous event, hospitality, retail, marketing, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events
- Prepare displays, signage, materials, and event supplies
- Help organize event schedules and logistical details
- Assist with setup and breakdown
- Welcome and engage event attendees
