About The Position

DivaDance Columbus is seeking a motivated and outgoing Party & Group Sales Specialist to expand its private party and group event business. This role is entirely commission-based and focuses on booking parties and group experiences, not regular class sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, initiating contact, following up, and converting leads into booked events. The role involves booking various events such as bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, corporate team-building events, girls' trips, and private group dance experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up with incoming party and group leads.
• Reach out to wedding planners, bridal businesses, venues, event professionals, and wedding-related companies.
• Prospect local businesses and organizations for corporate team-building opportunities.
• Build relationships with potential referral partners.
• Follow up consistently with interested groups.
• Answer questions and help potential clients choose the right experience.
• Coordinate with the DivaDance team to get events officially booked.
• Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Consistently look for new ways to generate party and group bookings.
