About The Position

DivaDance Columbus is seeking a motivated and outgoing Party & Group Sales Specialist to drive their private party and group event business. This role is entirely commission-based and focuses on booking various events such as bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, corporate team-building events, girls' trips, and private group dance experiences. The specialist will be responsible for responding to leads, prospecting local businesses, building relationships with referral partners, and coordinating with the internal team to secure bookings. The position offers the flexibility of a part-time, remote role with uncapped earning potential for individuals who are proactive, confident, and enjoy sales.

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident, and good at getting people excited
• Comfortable talking to strangers
• Enjoys making phone calls and starting conversations
• Not afraid to ask for the sale
• Persistent with follow-up without being pushy

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up with incoming party and group leads
• Reach out to wedding planners, bridal businesses, venues, event professionals, and wedding-related companies
• Prospect local businesses and organizations for corporate team-building opportunities
• Build relationships with potential referral partners
• Follow up consistently with interested groups
• Answer questions and help potential clients choose the right experience
• Coordinate with the DivaDance team to get events officially booked
• Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities
• Consistently look for new ways to generate party and group bookings
