Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful events.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and client interactions.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all event logistics from start to finish including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event themes and promotional strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
- Oversee budgeting, track expenses, and ensure events are executed within financial allocations.
- Coordinate on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and timely problem resolution.
