Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment, displays, tables, signage, and décor
- Organize and prepare event spaces according to event plans and client expectations
- Load, unload, and arrange materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout event preparation and execution
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timelines and setup standards are met
- Perform quality checks to ensure event areas are presentation-ready
- Support event operations and provide assistance as needed during live events
