Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with lifting and moving equipment.
Problem-solving abilities to handle unforeseen challenges calmly and efficiently during events.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues including arranging furniture and equipment.
Greet and register attendees, providing them with necessary materials and information.
Manage crowd control and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests during events.
Provide directions and answer questions to assist guests and enhance their experience.
Support event coordinators with administrative tasks and real-time event adjustments.
