We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare promotional events and customer-focused activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with a team, and contributing to well-organized and engaging events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable performing physical and hands-on tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move event materials safely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an active event environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, setup, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up promotional and event areas.
• Help organize event equipment and materials before activities begin.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving event supplies safely.
• Maintain clean and organized event areas throughout activities.
• Welcome attendees and assist with basic event questions.
• Support team members during promotional activities.
• Help maintain attractive and organized product displays.
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after activities.
• Organize and store event materials following each event.
• Communicate supply or setup needs to appropriate team members.
• Support customer engagement activities when needed.
• Work collaboratively to ensure events are prepared and organized.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
