About The Position

Event Facility staff members ensure events are set up according to procedures. Responsibilities vary based on the type of event. The role requires high energy, physical stamina, and being on your feet while completing event setup, facility, and custodial duties under the instruction of Event Managers and the Lead Facility Supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to climb stairs.
• Must be able to work in all climate conditions and weather.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lift furniture and equipment.
• Frequently walk up and down stairs while carrying equipment.
• Work outdoors for setup purposes.
• Set up and take down tables, chairs, and outdoor furniture.
• Inspect equipment and furniture for damage.
• Check equipment inventory.
• Ensure event furniture is clean.
• Work under the instruction of Event Managers and the Lead Facility Supervisor.
• Perform custodial duties as directed.
• Perform other facility duties as directed.
