About The Position

Florida SouthWestern State College is seeking an Event Services Specialist to provide professional support in Event Services, focusing on facility rentals, reservations, and managing concessions operations for FSW-sponsored and contracted events. This role requires cross-training in all Event Services areas and the flexibility to adapt as needed. The position demands significant schedule flexibility, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, across various FSW locations.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
• Four (4) years related full-time professional work experience in concessions or food service.
• Ability to work evening, early morning, and/or weekend hours.
• Prior experience maintaining electronic spreadsheets.
• Bookkeeping experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a variety of constituencies.
• Ability to independently travel to all FSW campuses in Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and Hendry counties and other locations for College business.

Responsibilities
