About The Position

Hospitality Services Group (HSG) is hiring energetic and reliable Merchandise Sales Associates to help families and fans purchase souvenirs and merchandise throughout the event. You'll be right in the middle of the excitement while earning extra money and gaining live event experience.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests
- Comfortable working in a busy event environment
- Reliable and able to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Available for evenings, weekends, and event-day schedules
Nice To Haves
- Retail, cashier, merchandise, or customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Sell merchandise to guests before, during, and after the show
- Process credit card transactions
- Help guests find the merchandise they're looking for
- Keep merchandise areas stocked, organized, and ready for busy crowds
- Provide friendly and upbeat customer service
- Work alongside a fast-paced event team
