- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to perform duties in an environment around animals and livestock with exposure to dirt, dust, and hay
- Ability to work different shifts in a 7 day-a-week vendor-controlled environment
- Ability to perform duties in various types of adverse weather conditions
- Experience using man lifts, ladders, and performing duties at heights
Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance staff with routine repair tasks and upkeep across the facility
- Help repair and maintain doors, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural features
- Support repairs involving faucets, fixtures, tools, and facility machinery
- Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety procedures during assigned tasks
- Gather and transport tools, supplies, and equipment needed for maintenance activities
- Work with other trades and staff to support building needs and event operations
