  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage etiquette, as well as wine service.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate event demands.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderately heavy trays or equipment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations in a food service setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in banquet or fine dining service is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout all stages of service.
  • Assist in event breakdown and clean-up, including proper storage of equipment and supplies.
  • Uphold the club's service standards and contribute to maintaining a refined and welcoming atmosphere.
