About The Position

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Security for events at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The role supports football games, concerts, and other events by checking bags, enforcing access control, and implementing venue policies and procedures to help keep guests and venue owners safe while providing superior customer service. The position is part-time supplemental work with weekly pay and a stated starting rate of $25.00 per hour. A California Guard Card is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
A California Guard Card is required.
Must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; additional screening may be required when driving a customer- or company-owned vehicle.
Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must have outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Must satisfy any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of event-day preparation and execution.
Manage venue entry by collecting or scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing incoming and outgoing traffic.
Screen guests at entry through bag searches, hand-wand or metal-detector screening, and ID verification.
Watch vital checkpoints for security breaches and protect guests, staff, and venue ownership assets.
Respond quickly to potential crowd-control issues and escort unruly guests when ejections are warranted.
Understand and follow the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
Provide a positive experience for guests at facility entrances, aisles, concourses, and other locations.
Give guests helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
