About The Position

Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring Event Staff for its Stadium Control Room Team at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This overnight position supports event-day preparation and operations, including managing venue entry, assisting guests, directing foot traffic, and helping maintain designated areas. Team members are expected to provide friendly, helpful customer service and follow the policies and procedures of each venue and event. The position is part-time with flexible scheduling under 30 hours per week and starts at $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• May be required to pass a Driver’s Record check.
• Must be professional and articulate, and able to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of event-day preparation and execution.
• Manage appropriate entry into the venue; collect or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct traffic entering and leaving the venue.
• Understand and follow the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
• Greet guests in a friendly and personal manner and thank them at the end of each interaction.
• Provide guests with helpful directions or suggestions to enhance their experience.
• Direct foot traffic and help ensure the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas.
• Provide superior customer service.
