About The Position

This entry-level position provides general special event and game-day operations support, along with patron security and safety assistance, throughout the Surprise Stadium Campus, the Spring Training home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals. The role primarily supports operations during Spring Training, which runs from late February through the end of March. Hours vary and may include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday work.

Incumbents support daily stadium and event operational services and programs, including Spring Training, tournaments, ticketing, private rentals, concerts, event operations, and special events. Duties include participating in daily operations, preparing sites and equipment, assisting with activities and programs, providing customer service, handling cash, and monitoring participants.

Applicants whose education, training, and experience most closely meet the position’s needs may be invited to a selection process that includes a panel interview. Successful candidates undergo post-offer, pre-employment screening, including fingerprinting, criminal background screening, and E-Verify.
