About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is hiring Event Security Officers to support high school football games throughout Berks and Lehigh Counties. This is a seasonal position where you can turn your Friday nights into extra income while being part of the excitement of high school football. The role involves ensuring a safe and positive game-day experience for players, coaches, school staff, families, and visitors. No prior security experience is required as training will be provided.

Ability to communicate respectfully with the public
Ability to remain calm in a busy environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
A clean criminal history and ability to successfully complete required clearances
Reliable transportation or ability to utilize available transportation options

Nice To Haves

Previous security, military, law enforcement, customer service, hospitality, or event experience

Responsibilities

Maintain a visible, professional security presence
Monitor entrances, exits, stands, and designated areas
Assist with crowd and pedestrian management
Help enforce school and event policies
Provide directions and assistance to visitors
Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity
Report safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel
Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
Complete required activity and incident reports
Follow post orders and instructions from KRE supervisors and school/event personnel
