About The Position

DiamondBack manufactures truck bed covers and accessories. This role involves cutting, bending, and welding aluminum panels and parts in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. Assemblers will be trained on various products and processes to meet production goals. The company fosters a team culture where employees succeed together.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate effectively among all levels of the organization
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, walk, and reach
• Ability to withstand frequent and repetitive wrist and hand movement
