DiamondBack manufactures truck bed covers and accessories. This role involves cutting, bending, and welding aluminum panels and parts in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. Assemblers are trained on various products and processes to meet production goals. The company fosters a team culture where employees succeed together.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to communicate effectively among all levels of the organization
Self-motivated and self-directed
Can operate hand tools
Follow instructions
Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Follow best practices and processes

Install assembly parts
Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, bending, walking, reaching
Ability to withstand frequent and repetitive wrist and hand movement
