About The Position

Delta Security Services is seeking 18 certified Arizona Security Guards to assist with the 2026 Hullabaloo Event in Flagstaff. This temporary, part-time role offers an excellent chance to earn extra income, gain valuable event security experience, and be a part of a major Arizona event. Uniforms and all necessary equipment will be provided. The role involves various event security duties to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the event.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Arizona Security Guard License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Patrol throughout the event premises
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Be assigned to positions that may not include a view of the concert, sporting event, or entertainment area
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Work late-night events or extended shifts
• Interact professionally with disorderly or impaired guests
• Maintain professionalism in high-energy environments

Nice To Haves

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Event security experience is a plus
