About The Position

The Bell Tower on 34th is hiring an inbound sales professional to sell weddings and corporate events at its Houston venue. This is a full-time, performance-based closing role working with qualified inbound inquiries. The salesperson conducts venue tours as decision meetings, presents offers and pricing, asks for deposits, and guides prospects toward a decision using a defined sales process. The company provides training on its system and expects the employee to execute it and contribute to its improvement. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, disciplined follow-up, coaching, and measurable sales results. The employee is expected to study sales, complete an assigned reading list in the first 90 days, work from and help refine scripts, participate in A/B tests, review recorded calls and tours, accept direct feedback, and use AI-assisted sales tools daily. Success is measured by tour-to-close conversion, lead response time, same-day CRM accuracy, execution of the sales sequence, and month-over-month improvement. Prospects may tour in the evenings and on weekends, and the schedule may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or lunch between tours when opportunities require it. The employee represents the venue and must maintain a polished, professional appearance. The company provides a laptop; the employee uses a personal cell phone for client communication. Compensation is listed as $55,000 to $120,000+ per year, with performance-based earnings through consistent closing.
