About The Position
Launch Entertainment is hiring a full-time Event Sales & Experience Coordinator to lead our birthday parties and group events. This role is ideal for someone who's outgoing, organized, sales-minded, and excited to grow revenue while leading a fun, energetic team. The position is responsible for owning birthday parties and group events from booking to execution, driving event sales, upgrades, and repeat bookings, helping families plan memorable celebrations, upselling party packages, food, and add-ons, leading and motivating party hosts and event staff, ensuring every event delivers an incredible guest experience, and promoting events and helping grow community awareness.
Requirements

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sales-minded with a hospitality mentality
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Background in events, hospitality, entertainment, sales, or customer service preferred
