About The Position

Kimley-Horn is looking for an Event Registration & Sourcing Specialist to join their business team in the Warrenville, Illinois (IL) office. This role is not remote. The specialist will partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices using Cvent. They will be responsible for developing and managing event web and registration sites, surveys, and reporting tools, as well as sourcing meeting and event venues and supporting contract review and execution. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with Cvent (Events, Attendee Hub, Surveys, Supplier Network)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client-focused, collaborative, and proactive approach

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices using Cvent.
