About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a driven and professional Event Marketing Team Lead to represent our brand at retail locations, home shows, and community events. This role is responsible for engaging homeowners, generating qualified appointments, and supporting successful event execution. This is a performance-based position that combines in-office responsibilities with weekend event work, offering both income stability and strong earning potential.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems to track leads, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and general office software
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Prior experience in sales, events, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company at events and retail locations in a professional manner
  • Engage with prospective customers and generate interest in our products and services
  • Schedule and confirm qualified in-home consultation appointments
  • Lead by example at events through strong communication, energy, and execution
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members in the field
  • Provide in-field coaching, guidance, and support to improve team performance
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics
  • Utilize office time to improve appointment confirmation rates and overall performance
