The Event Marketing Specialist 1 is responsible for the coordination of various aspects of corporate, customer, and employee events as assigned by Senior Manager, Event Marketing and/or Manager, Event Marketing. This role involves planning and executing a wide range of events, including multi-day conferences, air shows, galas, major sporting/hospitality events, multi-day employee offsite meetings, road shows, internal meetings, luncheons, and employee/family events. The position requires monitoring costs to ensure budgets are maintained, processing invoices, compiling budget recaps, and making budget recommendations. Additionally, the specialist will distribute internal and external correspondence related to meeting/event logistics and provide feedback on event success, customer perceptions, and satisfaction levels upon completion of an event. A key aspect of this role is to promote and maintain a positive rapport between customers, other Gulfstream employees, and service suppliers to enhance internal and external customer satisfaction during events.
