Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative/event experience in a corporate environment required, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Post-secondary education (3-year program minimum) completed or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional organization, project management, and planning skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with particularly strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong collaboration skills with an ability to successfully meet deadlines while maintaining positive working relationships in a team-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing requests that come through the IP Access program
  • Support the Event Managers in the planning and coordination of programs and event initiatives, contributing to the successful delivery of high-profile events and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure needs are met and executed in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Fidelity speaker resources and Investment Staff to coordinate schedules and accurately capture key data points and client attendance for speaker resources and broker initiatives.
  • Own both pre-event and post-event administration, including reconciling registration lists and event budgeting.
