Event Assistant - Training and Travel Opportunities
About The Position
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll work directly with customers at live events and retail-based campaigns while representing clients across industries including telecommunications, nonprofit/charitable organizations, and sports campaigns. No previous event or marketing experience is required. We provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and opportunities to develop professionally based on your performance. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, former student-athletes, hospitality or retail professionals, and motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want a career with room to grow.

Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at live events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
- Engage with customers face-to-face and create positive brand experiences
- Assist with event setup, organization, and day-to-day execution
- Communicate client products, services, promotions, or campaign initiatives
- Support customer acquisition, sales, and brand awareness goals
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and event performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, sales, marketing strategy, product knowledge, and leadership
- Travel to select events and other markets when opportunities are available
