Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at community events and promotional campaigns.
• Engage with the public through face-to-face conversations to educate supporters about charitable initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with donors, supporters, and community members.
• Help achieve daily and weekly fundraising and campaign goals.
• Serve as a liaison between supporters, clients, and internal teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create meaningful supporter experiences.
• Accurately record donations and campaign results.
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate campaign progress to management.
• Attend team meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional development sessions.
• Support day-to-day event operations while maintaining company standards.
• Continuously seek ways to improve campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
