Responsibilities
- Support the execution of live marketing events, promotional campaigns, trade shows, conferences, and community outreach initiatives
- Assist with event preparation, on-site activities, and promotional efforts to help deliver successful campaigns
- Work with the marketing team to implement brand strategies, promotional concepts, and audience engagement initiatives
- Interact with event attendees, customers, and community members in a professional and approachable manner
- Provide information about products, services, and campaigns while creating positive customer experiences
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, signage, invitations, and promotional content
- Maintain accurate records of event participation, customer interactions, and campaign activities
- Conduct basic market research to identify audience trends, promotional opportunities, and engagement strategies
- Monitor campaign results and assist with reporting on attendance, customer feedback, and marketing performance
- Stay informed on industry trends, promotional strategies, and best practices in event marketing and brand engagement
