Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing community events, fundraising initiatives, and promotional marketing campaigns.
  • Support event operations including logistics, setup, materials management, and onsite coordination.
  • Engage with community members, donors, attendees, and customers to increase awareness and participation.
  • Communicate campaign messaging clearly and professionally to support nonprofit and community initiatives.
  • Assist with promotional materials, event communications, and outreach strategies.
  • Track event participation, customer engagement, and campaign results to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and event teams to achieve campaign goals.
  • Provide creative ideas to improve messaging, engagement strategies, and event experiences.
  • Support team training, project coordination, and daily marketing operations.
  • Represent clients and organizations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to their mission.
